Exceptional Customer Service I had a probem with my order and contacted customer service to discuss a resolution. I was expecting the routine run around and insufficient compensation but was very pleasantly surprised. I have never had had such good customer service as I received from BBQ Guys. I highly recommend that any product ypu want to buy, you need to buy from BBQ Guys. The safety of having great customer service in case you run into any issues makes the possibily slightly higher cost well worth it. They have my business permanently.

He was not only professional but extremely patient, helpful, patient, and above all, honest. He listened to what I had to say and provided appropriate answers. Outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Mistakes happen and their customer service was the best I have ever dealt with.

I had an issue with another online… I had an issue with another online grill retailer so I placed my order with BBQGUYS. The customer service was top notch and the shipping has been exceptional. I placed the order on Wednesday and half the order is already out for delivery two days later with the rest expected early next week! Wish I went with this company to begin with..
