GBI Get Jerky, In The Mail! The ordering process was simple and straight forward. My first delivery arrived sooner than expected. But then, less than a month later, my second order arrived. This is an issue. The jerky is excellent, and the selections sent so far, full of great flavor. If I continue to get them too fast, though, I may need to increase the order size. The small packages are just not big enough for my new craving for some tasty jerky delivered right to my mailbox! Keep them coming, guys. Thanks!

GBPoor First Impression I can’t speak for the jerky itself yet, but I can say that I am very displeased with how my shipment went. I specifically chose to have it delivered for the holidays, and instead, it came a week early. I then had to text several different people to try to intercept the package before the receiver saw it, all while I was stressing out about my upcoming foot surgery the very next day. When I emailed the company, they said that some packages that were supposed to be held back for the holidays were “accidentally” released. This is unacceptable. And they have yet to make it up to me in any way. This was supposed to give me peace of mind knowing that I had chosen a great gift for someone that would arrive around Christmas, and instead, it was a massive headache. Not likely that I will use this company again.

GBNon-Existent Customer Service 3 days of trying to get any order cancelled. 3 days of trying various routes of communicating with the company. 3 days of zero responses from this company. Customer service is 100% non-existent. My next move is to contact my bank as the order hasn't been filled in a week and 3 days of zero communication regarding cancelling the order. This company is a dumpster fire.
