Poor Communication & Shopping Experience My order is placed, funds removed, but has not moved past received according to Dynavap. A week has gone by, and no change. Reach out to customer service and I'm told an item in my order went out of stock and the rest of my order will be delayed by a week. Problem is, the item they mention out of stock I didn't order. The items I ordered are still in stock on the store currently that anyone can buy right now. So now, even after having to wait an unexpected time for items in stock, my order may be incorrect when it arrives, whenever that is since Dynavap has not issued any other communication via email or otherwise. I've spent far too much at this shop over the years and this is a first. But the lack of basic communication is egregious since they've collected funds and have gone radio silent. They offered me a 20% coupon for my troubles but as it is, I don't have much incentive to spend more money with them considering how things are going right now. Especially as all I wanted was a simple update on what was going on. Worse, I had to reach out to them first for any sort clarification and if this is an issue why are they still selling it on their store without a notice of the product being out of stock? Overall, after spending another $200 here, it's just a frustrating experience when competitors do a better job of communicating and shipping than the product manufacturer.

Great Experience The site truly does look great. Lots of information that helped me with making a selection on what products would be best for me. My only complaint, and this is truly nitpicking, is that the colors used on the sidebar cart popup blends together. Beyond that, excellent. Excited to try my M7.

Great product! Great service! What makes the experience great is #1The customer service is second to none. #2 fast shipping and #3 your products are fantastic and they end up paying for themselves because they can serve your weed so well and like no other. If I had anything negative to say it would be that you use cookies. It's not that I don't like cookies who don't like cookies they're delicious but I try to eat healthy and stay away from junk food so I don't like cookies on my computer.
