GBThe perfect upgrade My favorite Dynavap device is my series one Omni XL. I recently upgraded it using the titanium helix tip and an armored cap. The tip improved heat transfer to my herb while the armored cap extended the length of time I can take a draw. This improved my vaping experience so much that I ordered another set so I can upgrade one of my other Dynavaps. The 420 sale price made this a no brainer.

GBDynaVap is a must have for everyone I have never been dissatisfied with a DynaVap product. The vaporizers are incredibly reliable and are well built. I personally love my wooden piece. I'm glad to see the company continues to develop and produce more and more products as well.

GBPoor Communication & Shopping Experience My order is placed, funds removed, but has not moved past received according to Dynavap. A week has gone by, and no change. Reach out to customer service and I'm told an item in my order went out of stock and the rest of my order will be delayed by a week. Problem is, the item they mention out of stock I didn't order. The items I ordered are still in stock on the store currently that anyone can buy right now. So now, even after having to wait an unexpected time for items in stock, my order may be incorrect when it arrives, whenever that is since Dynavap has not issued any other communication via email or otherwise. I've spent far too much at this shop over the years and this is a first. But the lack of basic communication is egregious since they've collected funds and have gone radio silent. They offered me a 20% coupon for my troubles but as it is, I don't have much incentive to spend more money with them considering how things are going right now. Especially as all I wanted was a simple update on what was going on. Worse, I had to reach out to them first for any sort clarification and if this is an issue why are they still selling it on their store without a notice of the product being out of stock? Overall, after spending another $200 here, it's just a frustrating experience when competitors do a better job of communicating and shipping than the product manufacturer.
