GBI really likes how fast I got my orders… I really likes how fast I got my orders but all the orders I had to pay the shipping fee. My first two orders on the same day were packaged and sent in one package so I think they could have been proactive customer service wise and waived the shipping fee on one. Plus, when you’re needing help from them to cancel an order it seems to take them forever to respond and by then they say your order has been processed and it’s too late to do anything about the problem you had. They should just be a little more kind and respect their customers
