USCustomer service came through in a big way this time! Thanks After I made a review that was negative for the lack of customer service I received a quick response. Even though the shipping address on my account was incorrect and I did get the address updated through customer service in time, they are resending my orders to correct any issues I've had without blame. I really appreciate that. I would have been easier if I could have gotten in touch with someone earlier. It's not good to do a negative review and then I get a response from customer service. Hopefully they will be a little more attentive to their customers in the future.

USDamaged vapes/no customer service 3 vapes I bought were half full, boxes looked like they had been opened however they were still wrapped up. Also, I tried to contact them to provide pictures of the damaged vapes two separate times with no answer. That being said, the vapes were a good price so it was worth the loss in the end.
