USI really likes how fast I got my orders… I really likes how fast I got my orders but all the orders I had to pay the shipping fee. My first two orders on the same day were packaged and sent in one package so I think they could have been proactive customer service wise and waived the shipping fee on one. Plus, when you’re needing help from them to cancel an order it seems to take them forever to respond and by then they say your order has been processed and it’s too late to do anything about the problem you had. They should just be a little more kind and respect their customers

USThey took my money and I got nothing! I've had no problems with orders prior to making a change of address. I made two purchases of over $70, however, the orders went to previous address. We'll, I tried to contact someone several times to no avail. The calls go to fax! I went to the site and verified and new address and placed another order and the same happened again! I will never use my vapor again nor do I recommend. They would not correspond or even try to make things right. I very disappointed. I feel like they just stole my money and I got nothing. I plan to report them to the BBB and hope that no one has to fall into my situation. The customer service does not exist! Take your chance ordering from them if your desperate.

USI can ways count on you to deliver… I can always count on you to deliver what I order. Plus you get it to me fast. I tried two different places and was ripped off. Those two mistakes cost me over $100. So I learned my lesson and will never get my merchandise from anyone but My Vapor Store. Thanks 😊
