Always fantastic workmanship quality from vapman but My main concern is My vapman middle piece came split /cracked and not air tight on delivery and we only have 48 hours to contact customer Service for warranty with faulty delivered items . I’ve reached out via email , Instagram and website no reply as yet. hopefully I receive a reply before it’s too late . Otherwise I’d give 5 stars just for the lotus alone such a fantastic device. Can’t wait for vapman 2.0 :)

I want my money back !! I 've bought an object on Vapman website,order #1564 I 've received it then I changed my mind within the legal 14 day delay to retract. I informed vapman. They agreed and gave me a postal address to send back the object. I sent it back and gave them the tracking number of the parcel. Vapman receiveid the parcel at the end of March. I've checked. I've already written 2 emails to the customer service, asking for my money. NO ANSWER so far. I don't know if Vapman is a serious company but for sure they don't care about their customers. Or is it worse? It was my LAST experience with this company.
