Ordered 2 starter kits Ordered 2 starter kits. Fully charged both batteries and nothing worked. I don’t know if the carts that were sent were duds but no smoke or flavor came from either of them. Contacted customer service and the person was extremely rude. Basically calling me a liar. Never waste your money here

Great Customer Service I had issues with my 1st order, a couple of cartridges weren’t working for the everyday hookah pen. Awesome! I bought 5 hookah pens and they all came in a week, very nice flavors and very slim and sleek packaging. Discrete packaging as well! I definitely will be buying the pineapple flavor again and the donut flavor doesn’t actually taste like donuts but it’s still really good!
