I love the pens... I love the pens. Easy ordering/shipping process. When I received an email about one of the flavors I ordered bring out of stock, and asked I choose another, plus they'd send me 2 other flavors, I was excited. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, however I only received 1 free pen and I didn't receive the flavor I ordered or the replacement one I requested. All in all an ok experience and I would order again

Ordered 2 starter kits Ordered 2 starter kits. Fully charged both batteries and nothing worked. I don’t know if the carts that were sent were duds but no smoke or flavor came from either of them. Contacted customer service and the person was extremely rude. Basically calling me a liar. Never waste your money here

Best Flavors and Customer Service! Regular customer here. Delicious and very rich flavors, Their bubble gum and Caramel are my favorites. Also, their customer service is top notch as well. Had a shipment sent to an old address by mistake and they kept in touch throughout the whole process of correcting the order. Highly appreciative. Great product and great customer service! Will continue to be my go-to.

Pandemic cure I love the starter pack I just purchased. The Strawberry flavor is great! The look is sleek and classy. I’ve never been a smoker but doing this pandemic I needed something to take off the edge. The rechargeable e-hookah is perfect. I ordered it Friday night, it was processed and shipped Monday and I received it by Wednesday! Super impressed and will continue to support this business. Buying more flavors soon.

This is my first trying the hookah pen This is my first trying the hookah pen. I purchased the disposal hookah pen due to me trying it for the first time. I love and it and now I am going to purchase the rechargeable hookah pen. I'm not a smoker but after being introduced to the hookah with my friends, I enjoy my hookah. I love the fact that it's offered as 100% no nicotine and tobacco. Yes, my pens arrived in a timely manner and now I can't wait to get my rechargeable hookah pen next.
