GBI ordered a switch unit 3-4-24 & it was… I ordered a switch unit 3-4-24 & it was defective (apparently). The guy I emailed (Steven) was very polite & helpful. I received a new battery & charger & issue still not resolved. I subsequently received a replacement switch unit. It has worked good. I returned the original unit, battery, & charger. The ceramic leaf filter broke into two pieces yesterday that was disappointing.

GBThis company has the best customer… This company has the best customer service support which is why I use all of their product except for the Evo as I'm not a fan of atomizer based devices as I have a puffco first Gen and never use it. I use the switch at home and xs on the go both are great devices in my opinion. But I had to have my heating coil replaced and it was a quick and easy turn around time.
