I ordered a switch unit 3-4-24 & it was… I ordered a switch unit 3-4-24 & it was defective (apparently). The guy I emailed (Steven) was very polite & helpful. I received a new battery & charger & issue still not resolved. I subsequently received a replacement switch unit. It has worked good. I returned the original unit, battery, & charger. The ceramic leaf filter broke into two pieces yesterday that was disappointing.
