I received a new battery & charger & issue still not resolved. I subsequently received a replacement switch unit. It has worked good. I returned the original unit, battery, & charger. The ceramic leaf filter broke into two pieces yesterday that was disappointing.

It came very quickly and in very discreet packaging. The bubble makes for a much smoother pull, more controlled inhale. The whole Switch device has made my life so much easier.
