Canadian perspective Ordering from Canada can be challenging, however excellent packaging and easy ordering makes the anticipation for a new glass Attachment (Sidewinder) incredible. Incredible product Great service If I could make one suggestion, Increased Canadian distributors that carry your attachments (More than the basics ) for this 33 million person market would be highly profitable for you.

2 stars because it does work, but… 2 stars because it does work. Everytime I use use it it burns my throat uncontrollably for at least 15 minutes. It does not milk up and produce much vapor if any at all, just burns. After every use the concentrate puddles up around the edges leaving a dry spot in the center which makes me nervous to reheat for fear of chazzing. Always on the lowest setting, I’ve recalibrated many times, replaced the atomizer 3 times, and replaced the entire unit once. Nothing has worked, so far. I guess I’m just gonna take a loss on this one because I’m tired of going through the warranty stuff over and over to no avail. I know everyone hasn’t had this experience as I’ve read great reviews and that’s why I went with Dr Dabber. However, in my personal experience, this thing has not worked properly a single time, extremely frustrated and disappointed. Should have gone with the Puffco.
