Ordering and shipping were fine but… Ordering and shipping were fine but when the screws stripped (making the it unusable) on the aio rba I ordered and I got in contact with customer service about it, they just said to contact the manufacturer with no attempt to help further. Also I requested a refund a week ago and have heard nothing back.

Myvpro is great My order was carefully packaged and arrived in a very timely manner. Pretty good deals on devices and a wide selection.

My first order went great My first order went great! No issues at all. Great delivery process. Last 3 orders have not gone well. Takes an additional week at least, over what is given as eta. This has meant having to buy retail vapes as I wait for the order to arrive. This eliminates the savings of purchasing online. Would assume they realize nicotine addiction isn’t something fun to deal with. Waiting around for someone to deal with when they feel like it is unkind. Also, the reward program is disingenuous at best. Does not apply to sale items or bogo offers. What’s the point of having a reward system if a majority of their inventory is excluded? Have spent over a thousand dollars with them. And I can’t use one $5 reward code?? My advice would be to scrap the program or make it a legitimate loyalty reward system. And the post office doesn’t like the company very much. Their shipments sit in the regional facilities for a week. Consumer mailed items are not subject to this. Need to have partnerships with UPS and FedEx. Companies that at least attempt to make things streamlined with modern technology and team members who want raises and promotions. Not vested associates who do just enough to not be fired and lose their pension. Using the cheapest shipping channels has its obvious set backs as they are not priority for an already broken means of delivery. Y’all can do better. Bothers me to have to write this. Have zero faith in your ability to deliver on promised timelines. Either add a week to what usps states as eta or use a more current delivery carrier. Not changing policy when you know it doesn’t work is a terrible business model. Will have to try a competitor for the next order. Need a company I can trust and rely on.
