Used glass piece 2 Times, then it Cracked.. I got my piece and used it 2 times and the Glass cracked. I reached out by email about getting a replacement and was told to contact the manufacturer. Horrible Service, Horrible Product Quality 😪.

I have to admit I was kind of skeptical… I have to admit I was kind of skeptical of the website, but they had what I wanted, and the cost of low enough that I felt comfortable with taking a gamble. I hit the jackpot! OLOFLY's shipping was super fast and the package was packed very well. I had ordered another LE Martain from another seller, and it took them a month to fulfill my order, so when that one finally came, I ended up just giving it to a friend because returning it back to them for a few bucks was not worth the effort and the homie got a fresh piece. The moral of the story is to order from OLOFLY next time.

Top Notch Pro's at every level. I have lots of local VAPE and SMOKE shops all around me, appreciate them being there and have traded at them much. Lately however $$ have gone way up. I have advised them that there are great online sellers, and I have used them as well. I do believe however that based on this order OLOFLY will get my next order as well. Every aspect of the order was top notch. This even during the BLACK FRIDAY sales.

Damaged product but good customer service We normally have a great experience with Olofly, but this time, the vape we ordered leaked before/during transit and was not usable when it arrived. There was oil all over the vape when we opened the package. We emailed customer service and they sent a return label, said they would send a replacement when we shipped the damaged vape back. We shipped it, haven’t received the new one yet so can’t speak to that. Gave 3 stars for good customer service and fast shipping. Product itself was 1 star due to damage
