My package was stolen and needed help from customer service My package was stolen after my community mailbox was vandalized. I reached out to Icon Hookah customer service via chat/toll-free number/email trying to gather information on how to go about claiming with USPS and needing some information. No response from chat or toll-free number and the response via email was without answering or providing information needed. Terrible experience.
