Prices are very good Prices are very good. Only problem is availability. I like the Torano Hogshead for an everyday smoker. When I try to buy 2 or 3 bundles the order is always rejected due to supply. then it lets me order one bundle. Still love the prices but very inefficient. Thanks, Blair

Buyer Beware When you order a item from them if they don't have it instead of refunding they send what THEY think is a replacement. Then when you contact them about they sent what you did not order they will let you know it was not in stock ( I read other reviews on this after the fact). Then they will proceed to inform you that you get no send back or refund and offer 1/2 off store credit. Why would I want a store credit when this is the business practice of the company. I would suggest for anybody reading this to stay clear of this shady company, because you as a customer means nothing but a dollar sign to them. In other reviews I have seen that the only time they want to reach out is when the (target) customer leaves a complaint on consumer affairs or BBB. Use this business at your own risk.

Legit Business, Good Product 5 star! Didn't have any issues with these guys, maybe smd has issue with the way they run business, but they provide what they say... Took some time to ship items to me, also was problem with tracking # they provided, but they did ship items to me. Also these reviews are confusing and after reading them I got feeling that its a phishing website, even opened dispute with PayPal, but its not, the business is legit. Just takes time to process oreder and ship it. Bought cigars for over 300$ with these guys. Will buy again, try yourself, 5 star!
