I’m still waiting for a response to my… I’m still waiting for a response to my TWO emails regarding the shortage of my cape products in the last shipment. Never had any problem before - and I expected someone would look into it I wasn’t out when the bag arrived so I didn’t open it until later and realized what was missing.

Customer service didn’t want to know! I’ve been ordering from eightvape for some time now, but my last order was awful. The vape juice has totally changed and tastes of soap, their customer service was no help whatsoever and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and no response from them either. I bought the products from eightvape so I would have expected at least some help, but they weren’t interested. I won’t be buying from them anymore I’m sad to say.
