GBI received the wrong coils and it’s… I received the wrong coils and it’s taking forever to get fixed. I was told I had to send a picture to prove I received the wrong product like I’m stupid or dishonest. Not happy with the customer service side of things.

GBThe reason I gave three stars is The reason I gave three stars is. The cartridges that came with my vaporesso did not work properly, it gurgled and spit the juice. I then opened the box of vapes that I purchased and one did the same thing, so I took out another new cartridge and that one is working fine, but I wasted two cartridges. So I don’t know if that common or what.

GBCustomer service didn’t want to know! I’ve been ordering from eightvape for some time now, but my last order was awful. The vape juice has totally changed and tastes of soap, their customer service was no help whatsoever and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and no response from them either. I bought the products from eightvape so I would have expected at least some help, but they weren’t interested. I won’t be buying from them anymore I’m sad to say.
