Customer service didn’t want to know! I’ve been ordering from eightvape for some time now, but my last order was awful. The vape juice has totally changed and tastes of soap, their customer service was no help whatsoever and told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did and no response from them either. I bought the products from eightvape so I would have expected at least some help, but they weren’t interested. I won’t be buying from them anymore I’m sad to say.

They get you on the “shipping charges” The shipping charges and “extra charges” were more than my purchase. I have never had to pay for an Adult Signature charge. Per their response, I got the same 4 disposable vapes from another company and paid 1/3 of the shipping and “Adult Signature” charge than what they charge.

The reason I gave three stars is The reason I gave three stars is. The cartridges that came with my vaporesso did not work properly, it gurgled and spit the juice. I then opened the box of vapes that I purchased and one did the same thing, so I took out another new cartridge and that one is working fine, but I wasted two cartridges. So I don’t know if that common or what.

The best !!! The best !!!! Going into their business to pick up my order is always a plus: they’ve always got a free treat of a disposable with your order, some cost $25-$30 at other smoke shops, they don’t care they care about making you happy! Best online vape shop EVER !!!!
