I ordered from Sam today and I will have by Monday. The Price is Right the communication was right on time in a world of selection what more can you ask for I give them a five-star across-the-board.

Exceptional Buying Experience I had the best buying experience with BBW! From placing my order I heard immediately via automatic reply for confirmation. I had a question so I used WhatsApp to communicate with a customer service rep who answered me promptly. In addition to answering my questions, Ali responded above and beyond by sending photos of products I had questions about. Finally, Ali sent me photos of my order , the invoice and the shipping label so I can track my order. Overall what an amazing experience. I will keep ordering from BBW for all me retail needs! Exceptional Customer Service Sam reached out to me by iMessage. I placed the order at first but was skeptical however Sam reassured me that it would go great. I placed order he replies really quick and he informed me it will be shipped within minutes. Highly reccomend.

Excellent Customer Service!! Wanted to first mention that this was my first attempt ordering from the site. Order a few boxes of Pastel Cartel Esco Bars. Upon checking out, I mistakenly opted to pay with a check rather than credit/debit card. Unsure what to do thinking that I may have to possibly go through the hassle of canceling my order and resubmitting the next day as it was near midnight where I am. Instead opted to "talk to an operator" using the chat feature and glad I did. I was connected with Sam who within less than a minute had the link to the credit card form for me to complete. Even after sending me the form, I did not realize he was still online in the background waiting for me to complete it and to see if I needed additional help. I'm glad he did wait around as I did not have all the information required. Sam ensured that he would take care of it for me and not less than a minute later, my order went through.
