Excellent Customer Service!! Wanted to first mention that this was my first attempt ordering from the site. Order a few boxes of Pastel Cartel Esco Bars. Upon checking out, I mistakenly opted to pay with a check rather than credit/debit card. Unsure what to do thinking that I may have to possibly go through the hassle of canceling my order and resubmitting the next day as it was near midnight where I am. Instead opted to "talk to an operator" using the chat feature and glad I did. I was connected with Sam who within less than a minute had the link to the credit card form for me to complete. Even after sending me the form, I did not realize he was still online in the background waiting for me to complete it and to see if I needed additional help.
