Unbeatable Prices I’ve been ordering from Alternativepods.com (not to be confused with alternative-pods.com) for almost a year now. Their prices are unbeatable and I’ve searched A LOT. I only recently had a reason to write customer service about an ordering issue that happened on the website and they responded quickly assuring me my order would ship correctly. I received the order today and it was in fact correct. I’m not sure what the issue is with the website messing up quantities and hope that is fixed soon, but overall my experience has been great with this company and would highly recommend them!

GREAT customer service! I've been ordering from APODS for over a year and prices, selection, rewards, promos, and customer service are all excellent. I've only had 2 issues outta the whole time I've been using their products and they fixed both immediately no questions asked. Plus 1 of the issues was the manufacturer's mistake but they still replaced my defective products. I've referred a few people to them and they are all very happy with the service and products as well. I encourage any person to try them out.

Positive customer service I have always had fabulous experiences with them. The only issue I ever had was an order being placed on hold and I was able to have that resolved via email within 40 minutes. The customer service rep was very hasty in their responses, and clearly answered my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and simplicity of resolving my issue. Ordering only was not my choice I was skeptical about ordering online and I took a chance and have not been disappointed to this day. Products and prices are a great thing.
