Ordering only was not my choice I was skeptical about ordering online and I took a chance and have not been disappointed to this day. Products and prices are a great thing. Been ordering thru them ever since. Customer service so far is also very nice and respectful. Respond to any emails timely and get results. Thank you all at alternativepods.com you all are amazing.

no response from email, scammed i ordered almost a week ago but received a tracking number i believe is faulty it said it would be delivered by today but did not receive package. i reached out to the customer service email no response in days. there is also 2 different sites when you look up alternative pods who knows which one is the correct version. overall customer service is terrible and ordering process is nothing less then faulty. do not order from here unless you want to be ignored and scammed

Positive customer service I have always had fabulous experiences with them. The only issue I ever had was an order being placed on hold and I was able to have that resolved via email within 40 minutes. The customer service rep was very hasty in their responses, and clearly answered my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and simplicity of resolving my issue. Will always recommend them; awesome humans.

6 Stars This was our second very successful order with Alternative Pods. I had an issue with my order. I emailed them about it & they fixed the problem immediately for me. I received this order a few days later, earlier than I anticipated. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
