I got the vanilla mint 0mg from ur… I got the vanilla mint 0mg from ur shop. I didnt realize the mint was going to be so strong. It completely overwhelms the vanilla. I thought it was gonna be more like a double mint gum flavor not kick u in the face harsh mint. I would of liked it if it was dialed back a bit.

Abergavenny shop visit and purchase - there cannot be a more knowledgeable salesman I didn't get the name of the gentleman who served me (I know shame on me and I fully apologise for that) BUT it was, without doubt, the very best customer service I have EVER received. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products (liquids, kits inter alia) he was more interested in selling me the right product for ME and that really does make a really pleasant change. He explained the pros and cons of each kit AS THEY WOULD APPLY TO ME. He personalised the entire sale, was helpful beyond belief and I was truly astonished at his professionalism throughout. I have been an assessor of customer service for over 20 years and I have NEVER seen such excellence.
