Great customer service! My favorite juice is not available to purchase anymore in my area, so I thought I’d order it online. I have found that Vape Escape is a great company, with customer service that goes above and beyond! My product arrived today and it’s great. So glad I was able to find it! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Abergavenny shop visit and purchase - there cannot be a more knowledgeable salesman I didn't get the name of the gentleman who served me (I know shame on me and I fully apologise for that) BUT it was, without doubt, the very best customer service I have EVER received. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products (liquids, kits inter alia) he was more interested in selling me the right product for ME and that really does make a really pleasant change. He explained the pros and cons of each kit AS THEY WOULD APPLY TO ME. He personalised the entire sale, was helpful beyond belief and I was truly astonished at his professionalism throughout. I have been an assessor of customer service for over 20 years and I have NEVER seen such excellence. My absolute congratulations to you sir and if you don't remember who I am - I am the old bat who bought the grey geekvape from you! Well done.
