Very Good machine, have used for months Have used for months - works right everytime. Wanting to replace the heating element allowed me to find out that the whole thing seems very quality. It is even "designed for disassembly", making cleaning and replacement easy. No cheap snapped-together sort of thing you would break getting apart - this is strong feeling and has screws you can get to. Very pleased!

Didn't receive the vape I purchase. Didn't receive my vape with my FedEx package, just a bunch of random junk (e.g. sticker, silicone case, etc). The case was especially a slap in the face, since I don't even have a vape to put it on. When I contacted support they said "uh I dunno, maybe it was backordered or something." Now I'm waiting on an email from operations that may or may not come. Oh, and another week (at least) of waiting for it to actually come. I even took work off today so that I could be home when the package arrived because my packages have been taken from my apartment doorstep in the past. I'm seriously frustrated, and in hindsight would have gone with a different seller. Ben

Ok if you can wait weeks for your order. I should have ordered from a different vendor, I’m waiting over a week for a $400 order. I found the same item on a different site for the same price. But wait for it 2 day free shipping! I will never order from vapornation again. Frustrated and regretting not doing more research. You shouldn’t get fedex value saver shipping on a high dollar order 😡
