Dependability & Good Cust. Svc. I have been dealing with Vapor Nation for the past four years and have never had a problem. My first purchase was a Kandy Pens vape. It burned out after a couple of weeks, and when Kandy Pens wouldn't make it right, John in Vapor Nation's customer service did. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back.

The only thing i could recommend for better customer service would to be having more detailed tracking and information on shipping. I had a package priority overnight on Saturday and it looks as if I wont be receiving my package until Monday which is a expensive way of getting three day shipping. So be careful.
