Ok if you can wait weeks for your order. I should have ordered from a different vendor, I’m waiting over a week for a $400 order. I found the same item on a different site for the same price. But wait for it 2 day free shipping! I will never order from vapornation again. Frustrated and regretting not doing more research. You shouldn’t get fedex value saver shipping on a high dollar order 😡

Never had an issue with orders from… Never had an issue with orders from VaporNation. Love the Atmos Jump. I have compromised lungs and I can enjoy my herbs with no issue using this product. Looked at it on different sites, but VaporNation was the most economical.

Received 2 defective Atmos jump Received 2 defective Atmos jump,I sent the first one back and after they received it they sent me out a replacement that is also defective. I used the contact us link on their website to let them know that the new Jump was also defective a week ago and I still have not heard anything from them. I would not recommend you shop here.

Didn't receive the vape I purchase. Didn't receive my vape with my FedEx package, just a bunch of random junk (e.g. sticker, silicone case, etc). The case was especially a slap in the face, since I don't even have a vape to put it on. When I contacted support they said "uh I dunno, maybe it was backordered or something." Now I'm waiting on an email from operations that may or may not come. Oh, and another week (at least) of waiting for it to actually come. I even took work off today so that I could be home when the package arrived because my packages have been taken from my apartment doorstep in the past. I'm seriously frustrated, and in hindsight would have gone with a different seller. Ben
