Beware of the cart saving items in it. Their website saves your cart forever apparently, and things that I had added 4 months prior were added onto my recent order. Immediately after placing the order I realized what had happened and immediately began emailing customer service. 14 hours later I got a notification that my order was shipped. Only after it was shipped I finally received a reply that they do not accept returns and will not refund me any money and there is nothing they can do for me. Now I can not afford to pay all of my bills because of the ungodly amount of things that were forever saved in my cart. Thanks Northerner!

I have only had a few minor issues and they were either resolved or compensated for with larger discounts. The delivery time for standard is very good so you don't feel compelled to pay more for faster shipping. I am very pleased.

Ive used northerner a few times now and… Ive used northerner a few times now and they provide fresh tobacco, an assortment of different, interesting types of chewing tobacco forms lick fine cut, long cut, very long cut like from stokers brand in the bag, plug, and rope with some good well known brands. So far my personal favorites are Copenhagen and stokers. Enjoy!
