Would rate 6/5 stars but it only goes up to 5 I’ve been going to Northerner for years and they’ve never disappointed. No missing items, never an incorrect order, always reliable. Beware of the cart saving items in it. Their website saves your cart forever apparently, and things that I had added 4 months prior were added onto my recent order. Immediately after placing the order I realized what had happened and immediately began emailing customer service. 14 hours later I got a notification that my order was shipped. Only after it was shipped I finally received a reply that they do not accept returns and will not refund me any money and there is nothing they can do for me. Now I can not afford to pay all of my bills because of the ungodly amount of things that were forever saved in my cart. Thanks Northerner!
