Placed the order and the UPS guy was beating on my door for a signature 3 days later with no upgraded shipping. The worst Costumer's service ever!!! The worst Costumer's service ever!!! I ordered a product and immediately I wanted to cancel it cuz i found smth better after that. I was trying to contact for days with email to confirm my cancellation but nothing at all! It was just a email that say that first i should receive the packed order and than to return it again. Since one week i am trying to contact again with email cuz i can't contact them with phone (i don't live In Germany) and nothing again at all!!!

Bad experience….. 1st time of ordering from here but won’t be offering from here again. Received a completely different order to what I ordered due to my items being out of stock. I contacted their Customer Service who weren’t much help. I have now got to send my items back in order to get a refund. Total inconvenience…..definitely won’t be ordering from here again!
