Dopeboo is either a scam or their… Dopeboo is either a scam or their employees are so incompetent it is effectively a scam. 1. ordered product then told its out of stock (fix your inventory, don't let people order items you don't have) 2. offered replacement for out of stock item then charged for difference 3. items shipped out separately due to confusion over 2. 4. Received wrong item. Cheaper small item I didn't order. 5. Customer service confused as to company policy, unable to offer solution 6. Customer service phone lines are just down on Monday, called all available numbers all day to resolve these issues. 7. Still haven't been able to resolve problems. Asked for refund, and I am refunded a smaller amount. Now I need to go through my credit union and will be without a card for weeks. **** THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY
