GBI’m not sure if this is a legit site or… I’m not sure if this is a legit site or not but here is my experience. Last Wednesday morning I ordered an item. At 10:15pm Thursday I received an email saying my item was oversold and they could give me a gift card or a full refund. I replied back the next morning at 6am (which was New Year’s Day, but being retail figured they would be open). No response. Saturday I found a customer service number through their Facebook. When I called it no one answered, but what was odd was there were 3 options (wholesale, online orders, customer service), all 3 of them at the end of the ringing said this voicemail has not been set up. At this point I feel I have been had. I asked for a refund,l via email , they only refunded me the amount for the item, not the cost of shipping. When I reached back out to them again, they said they already purchased a first class package and couldn’t refund me( on an item they were unable to fulfill). All of these things make this site seem very sketchy, I’m now having to dispute this with my credit card company.

GBUnimpressed UPDATE: I was finally contacted and taken care of by someone in this company. I feel that what I gathered was they did not have my order available because they lacked the product. So with that being said I love my stuff. They did come through and whatnot, but I'm bummed that I wasn't contacted earlier to be made aware of the situation. Original: Order placed on 9/6/2020. After attempting for 3 days to reach a staff member via chat option on website, and after sending an email, all I received back was an email stating a ticket would be made and forwarded to shipping. I have not heard back for 2 days now since that and all I would like to know is where my order is. It does not show filled or shipped and it's been 10 days. If your company is more than 10 days behind on shipping then there should be more of a warning than the average covid-19 message every site has now. Why wouldn't the person who created the ticket just figure out what the delay is? This is very opposite of speedy shipping. My order is for over $150. I've even tipped the establishment. Which I am an avid online shopper and have never seen that option. Very unimpressed with this place as I feel I could have ordered and received from many other companies I've used in the past.
