Better late than never. Ordered and paid for six items but only received two. Emailed customer service and received no reply. Anywhere else this would be considered theft! Update: company did eventually reach out and make things right.

Where's my order? Love Solace! They accomateded me with a gift card due to my shipping complaint. They reassured me that their customer service department is under trining to improve. I will continue to order directly ftom Solace.

Only Solace! Service is excellent so far. I only vape one brand and it's Solace. I'm a smoker of 50yrs and now a non smoker of 5 months vaping Solace Bold Tobacco Nic Salts. I did a lot of research before hand and kept seeing and hearing the name, Solace. Shipping is fast, prices are affordable and product is good quality.

They took care of me even though I ordered their products from a different retailer. Solace went above and beyond in order to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and I definitely am! They responded and took care of my issue very quickly and professionally. I absolutely love their salt nic e-juice and I'm just happy they have the customer service to match!!
