GBI ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid… I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

GBNot Shipped within stated window and no customer service I placed an order on November 1st and it has not yet shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply even though it states that you should receive a reply within 12 hours. At this point, I am questioning if this website is legitimate. EDIT: 6 days later and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. These responses from waxmaid are disingenuous.

GBThe ash catcher that waxmade provides… The ash catcher that waxmade provides is a top notch improvement for any water pipes that aren't easy to clean, or need some additional smoke cooling. It works with different amounts of water, and can be easily taken apart for cleaning. WARNING, do not use with a gravity bong or other water pipe that causes back pressure after a drag, it will push the water back out through the ash catcher.

GBDifferent experience Webpage where payment is taken a little wonky. Took me 3 times for transaction to go through. Once payment went through, just brought back to Waxmaid webpage, no order number or anything. Never received any emails from them either. Thankfully in a few days I received item purchased, expertly wrapped. All is well that ends well

GBGood customer service with defect product So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.
