GBGood customer service with defect product So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.

GBI am absolutely impressed with their…customer service I am absolutely impressed with their customer service. I wrote a simple email and explained my issue and they made a small request and next thing I know I have a tracking # for a whole new set. Super cool. Now if I break something I have an extra one for parts. I will definitely be ordering more product from waxmaid

GBReceived both orders within a… Received both orders within a reasonable amount of time, the first order arrived a few days before my second order. Overall very happy with the order and products, it was exactly as described on the site. They both work well and are not damaged. I think the prices I paid were well worth what I got. The only reason I left one star off is because when I was trying to get in contact with the customer service, I called for days on end and emailed and heard no response about my second package arriving later than normal with no tracking info to let me know where it was.

GBI ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid… I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

GBGreat Company! I purchased their newest E-rig in May 2022, The Dabber. There aren't too many reviews out right now, most are from Youtubers who were sent the product. After a learning curve, I've really been enjoying it! The price was great and the quality is excellent. After a week of regular use (cleaning it with iso and q-tips after each sesh) it's in pretty much the same condition I got it. I see it lasting a while, especially since their was an extra coil included. The buying experience was great too. I was able to use Sezzle to pay, that's very nice. It was in my hands 4 days after pressing buy, couldn't be happier on that front. I'll be shopping with them again in the future, especially if their other silicone products are as good as this e-rig. My only complaint is that the instructions and packaging are in less than perfect English. They are understandable, but trial-and-error was necessary to learn when the instructions weren't completely clear.
