Good customer service with defect product So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.

Great Company! I purchased their newest E-rig in May 2022, The Dabber. There aren't too many reviews out right now, most are from Youtubers who were sent the product. After a learning curve, I've really been enjoying it! The price was great and the quality is excellent. After a week of regular use (cleaning it with iso and q-tips after each sesh) it's in pretty much the same condition I got it. I see it lasting a while, especially since their was an extra coil included. The buying experience was great too. I was able to use Sezzle to pay, that's very nice. It was in my hands 4 days after pressing buy, couldn't be happier on that front. I'll be shopping with them again in the future, especially if their other silicone products are as good as this e-rig. My only complaint is that the instructions and packaging are in less than perfect English. They are understandable, but trial-and-error was necessary to learn when the instructions weren't completely clear.

I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid… I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

Waxmaid is awesome Waxmaid makes my favorite type of silicone pipe - the horn rig is great and I've ordered the whole set twice with the glass pipe, too. I use it to dab oil concentrates and it works great. The silicone stays remarkably solid even after many uses. The glass ware is good quality and durable. Waxmaid is the best! Love - "Handy Sandy"

this is probably one of the worst… this is probably one of the worst websites I've ordered off of. I ordered my water pipe and forgot to click a tiny box to change my shipping address. I've messaged you guys on everything to change my address and haven't heard anything back. NOTHING. Don't order here this site is a scam. and if there not, there customer service is just terrible then. I get the same stupid message than no operators are available.
