I wrote a simple email and explained my issue and they made a small request and next thing I know I have a tracking # for a whole new set. Super cool. GBThe ash catcher that waxmade provides… The ash catcher that waxmade provides is a top notch improvement for any water pipes that aren't easy to clean, or need some additional smoke cooling. It works with different amounts of water, and can be easily taken apart for cleaning. WARNING, do not use with a gravity bong or other water pipe that causes back pressure after a drag, it will push the water back out through the ash catcher.

GBReceived both orders within a… Received both orders within a reasonable amount of time, the first order arrived a few days before my second order. Overall very happy with the order and products, it was exactly as described on the site. They both work well and are not damaged. I think the prices I paid were well worth what I got. The only reason I left one star off is because when I was trying to get in contact with the customer service, I called for days on end and emailed and heard no response about my second package arriving later than normal with no tracking info to let me know where it was.

GBI love their products I love their products. Their silicone bowls are my favorite really preserves the product with minimum waste. My last piece from them was my favorite water pipe I’ve ever used, it was the 4 in 1 silicone water pipe. Unfortunately the piece was stolen from me so haven’t been able to have the experience in a while. I recommend this website to all my friends and I can’t wait till they come out with knee products!

GBGreat People I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me
