Different experience Webpage where payment is taken a little wonky. Took me 3 times for transaction to go through. Once payment went through, just brought back to Waxmaid webpage, no order number or anything. Never received any emails from them either. Thankfully in a few days I received item purchased, expertly wrapped. All is well that ends well

Not Shipped within stated window and no customer service I placed an order on November 1st and it has not yet shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply even though it states that you should receive a reply within 12 hours. At this point, I am questioning if this website is legitimate. EDIT: 6 days later and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. These responses from waxmaid are disingenuous.

Great People I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me

I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid… I ordered a Crystor S Mini from Waxmaid about a month ago. I’ve been using it since, and the clear silicone on the base has since turned brown and looks dirty (the brown staining does not come off with cleaning, boiling, etc.). I emailed customer service to see if this was normal for the product, since it’s still basically new, and received weird responses calling me “fam” and not offering any real help for the situation. The last response I received said “hello fam. I’m sorry I didn’t satisfy you.” It’s a great silicone bong, but the weird customer service exchange has put me off buying more Waxmaid products.

Quick arrival, decent product Arrived within a week of ordering, strong scilionce and nice colors. I have an older model of the same product (it's an orange and white piece that isn't currently available) that ones hits better. The newer one requires more suction to smoke. It's not as smooth as the old one in my opinion but it's still a good piece I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to mess with a rig or likes to travel and smoke.
