Good customer service with defect product So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.

Not Shipped within stated window and no customer service I placed an order on November 1st and it has not yet shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply even though it states that you should receive a reply within 12 hours. At this point, I am questioning if this website is legitimate. EDIT: 6 days later and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. These responses from waxmaid are disingenuous.

this is probably one of the worst… this is probably one of the worst websites I've ordered off of. I ordered my water pipe and forgot to click a tiny box to change my shipping address. I've messaged you guys on everything to change my address and haven't heard anything back. NOTHING. Don't order here this site is a scam. and if there not, there customer service is just terrible then. I get the same stupid message than no operators are available.

Received both orders within a… Received both orders within a reasonable amount of time, the first order arrived a few days before my second order. Overall very happy with the order and products, it was exactly as described on the site. They both work well and are not damaged. I think the prices I paid were well worth what I got. The only reason I left one star off is because when I was trying to get in contact with the customer service, I called for days on end and emailed and heard no response about my second package arriving later than normal with no tracking info to let me know where it was.

Great People I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me
