Great People I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me

Blazing Crystor S Waxmaid has the hook up on amazing silicone pipes. We scored a Crystor S that's absolutely blazing! It had an ice catch a double percolator system and was made from platinum cured silicone. It had a really cool little magnet to hold on to our lighter or dab tool. The suction cup base made it virtually impossible to knock over when sitting on a smooth surface. Our order was delivered promptly and accurate tracking was provided every step of the way. Received both orders within a… Received both orders within a reasonable amount of time, the first order arrived a few days before my second order. Overall very happy with the order and products, it was exactly as described on the site. They both work well and are not damaged. I think the prices I paid were well worth what I got. The only reason I left one star off is because when I was trying to get in contact with the customer service, I called for days on end and emailed and heard no response about my second package arriving later than normal with no tracking info to let me know where it was.

Different experience Webpage where payment is taken a little wonky. Took me 3 times for transaction to go through. Once payment went through, just brought back to Waxmaid webpage, no order number or anything. Never received any emails from them either. Thankfully in a few days I received item purchased, expertly wrapped. All is well that ends well
