this is probably one of the worst… this is probably one of the worst websites I've ordered off of. I ordered my water pipe and forgot to click a tiny box to change my shipping address. I've messaged you guys on everything to change my address and haven't heard anything back. NOTHING. Don't order here this site is a scam. and if there not, there customer service is just terrible then. I get the same stupid message than no operators are available.

Not Shipped within stated window and no customer service I placed an order on November 1st and it has not yet shipped. I’ve emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply even though it states that you should receive a reply within 12 hours. At this point, I am questioning if this website is legitimate. EDIT: 6 days later and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. These responses from waxmaid are disingenuous.

I made a purchase and just about every day since you have spammed me for this goddamed survey so this survey bugging me each day on end makes me want to tell everyone NOT to order from Waxmaid or you will be relentlessly spammed for this goddamed survey. I am absolutely impressed with their…customer service I am absolutely impressed with their customer service. I wrote a simple email and explained my issue and they made a small request and next thing I know I have a tracking # for a whole new set. Super cool. Now if I break something I have an extra one for parts. I will definitely be ordering more product from waxmaid
