I wrote a simple email and explained my issue and they made a small request and next thing I know I have a tracking # for a whole new set. Super cool. Blazing Crystor S Waxmaid has the hook up on amazing silicone pipes. We scored a Crystor S that's absolutely blazing! It had an ice catch a double percolator system and was made from platinum cured silicone. It had a really cool little magnet to hold on to our lighter or dab tool. The suction cup base made it virtually impossible to knock over when sitting on a smooth surface. Our order was delivered promptly and accurate tracking was provided every step of the way. We are beyond happy with our purchase and we'll definitely be buying more from waxmaidstore.com! Keep up the great work!

Great People I initially gave them one star because I ordered an Area Plus and my atomizers kept burning out and actually cracking when I used it. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for customer service so hit them up on Facebook. They put me in contact with Jack and K.T. who sent me a text asking for my address. The next week they had flown to my city to meet some vendors and asked me to meet for coffee. They brought me a brand new Ares Plus, 4 new atomizers, and a Dabber erig! I've had no issues with the new Ares Plus, in fact I'm still using the same atomizer almost 3 months later, and just the fact that they cared enough to visit me in person and bring me all of that stuff made a huge difference to me

It was a 4/20 present for my husband… ***EDIT: Customer service did respond! It was in my spam folder titled “service” so I totally missed it! They sent out new atomizers immediately and offered some advice moving forward. I’m so grateful! Very hopeful this solves our issue cause we really do love the Ares, it is a super convenient and Versatile piece!*** It was a 4/20 present for my husband and we burned through both of the included atomizers within a few days of LIGHT use. Reached out and received zero response from customer service.

Good customer service with defect product So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.
