Quick arrival, decent product Arrived within a week of ordering, strong scilionce and nice colors. I have an older model of the same product (it's an orange and white piece that isn't currently available) that ones hits better. The newer one requires more suction to smoke. It's not as smooth as the old one in my opinion but it's still a good piece I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to mess with a rig or likes to travel and smoke.

this is probably one of the worst… this is probably one of the worst websites I've ordered off of. I ordered my water pipe and forgot to click a tiny box to change my shipping address. I've messaged you guys on everything to change my address and haven't heard anything back. NOTHING. Don't order here this site is a scam. and if there not, there customer service is just terrible then. I get the same stupid message than no operators are available.

Love the pipe, hate the bowls Love the waxmaid pipe we bought. However, when ordering the replacement bowls, two out of four have already broken. The original that these replaced lasted months. Not sure if there was a shift in manufacturing or quality but this was a waste of money and has left us extremely dissatisfied.

They sent out new atomizers immediately and offered some advice moving forward. I’m so grateful! Very hopeful this solves our issue cause we really do love the Ares, it is a super convenient and Versatile piece!*** It was a 4/20 present for my husband and we burned through both of the included atomizers within a few days of LIGHT use. Reached out and received zero response from customer service.

Good customer service with defect product So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. Company’s like these really care about there business and it just shows with customer service thanks again for making my experience better.
