They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!

Extremely grateful to have found the… Extremely grateful to have found the Stash Shack. Their excellent policies and staff are really nice. Click on the "about us" tab to meet the owners. It helps make the positive experience that much better AND personal. Thank you so much for your fine company, speedy shipping, good Karma. Let's not forget the package itself. Protected my purchase really well. It just doesn't get any better!

Good service Although there was a problem with my order and I wasn’t able to get it they very quickly refunded my purchase and were very polite.

Lied about when my package was shipped… Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

Sweet Setup This is definitely a cool little kit. Well put together rectangular piece. Good standard bowl. Good standard banger. The only thing I would change as a manufacturer/seller is put a standard carb cap in with it, even if for a few more dollars. It’d be worth it.
