All and all guys could pull up awesome deals but lack of clear communication (like order eta, replies for my inquiries and stuff) kills all the vibe for me. It’s not scam! But it’s not the nicest customer experience either. ———— Fancy online shop with no customer service at all, looks like scam to me. Wanted to buy myself gift for birthday, even tried to contact support in advance to get estimates on shipping. No response. Ordered item 3 days ago, tracking says it’s not shipped yet and I can’t get useful response from email, Facebook and phone. Phone is just voice mail so they can ghost you professionally. will be happy to update and change rating if anything will change. Update after the answer: Stop lying about replies. So how many emails from me was and what have you replied? You sent only spam about deals. So your answer is lie and bs. Fast delivery, 3-6 business days. For order placed on 16th of sept I can’t see how do you state 3-6 days delivery if you telling me that my delivery date is 27th. Will be happy to live dialogue via email.

GBGreat customer service... After notifying them that my product was defective, they wasted no time shipping a new one which is working perfectly! I'm a happy customer now that will definitely do business with them again.

GBTSS support is terrible I was sent the incorrect item - and so far TSS customer support has been nothing less than non-responsive. I have tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging and their live chat. This is quickly approaching the 1 hour mark, and I have yet to be acknowledged.

GBTERRIBLE SO FAR AWFUL ORDER # 16737 new UPDATE NOVEMBER 2- 2023 **** this people dont bother to answer any emails still. very nerve wracking. after they take your money ull never hear from them again. its as if they hide. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. i HAVE NOT received the refund or the items paid for. ofcourse they still dont reply ONE SINGLE EMAIL. i repeat stay away from these people. When i placed my order i got included some other fee for some aditional "tracking service " for 6.95$.. you really cant see this addition to your order until you already paid... the text is more dimmed , is different from the regular format on the form... its "ON" by default... so they assume everyone wants it apparently... so once i noticed this unnwanted charge i wrote them letting them know... so they cancel my complete order with a refund ( that i havent recived yet) ... so i dont get why they didnt just refunded the problem amount... the 6.95$ , this seems to me like some "payback or revenge"... im not sure.. i told them "pls i wanna leave you guys a good review on trustpilot"... they seemed not to care so far. the full refund said something about "they think is fraud" which is silly nonsense... i dont know if thats what they had to do to refund this silly 6.95$ fee and thats why they have done it... but i will try again and i know i will make triple sure that damn fee is not included on the final bill. that fee to me feels unthical and sneaky. if these guys think there is "some fraud" they can wait a couple days to see if anyone actually complains about "fraud" or reports something, THIS IS TOTAL NONSENSE, why would i demand a 6.95$ refund if "its fraud"...? i wouldnt care about it right?... its just plain silly. This seems like a "retribution move" for asking this unwanted fee to be removed. lets hope not. ill try it again and ill be watching closely how they behave and ill edit and or ammend my review if warranted. but it does drive you crazy how they dont reply sooner during weekdays office hours.. seems like they wake up at noon late... and they only seem to work 2 hours or so. cant they pay a fulltimer CS agent.. how long does it take to reply an email... specially with basic questios.. not more thatn 3 minutes.

GBReceived my Ispire Wand super fast but… Received my Ispire Wand super fast but one of the accessories was broken, the rim had snapped off an inner bowl. They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!
