USTSS support is terrible I was sent the incorrect item - and so far TSS customer support has been nothing less than non-responsive. I have tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging and their live chat. This is quickly approaching the 1 hour mark, and I have yet to be acknowledged.

USGreat website The customer service is amazing! I recently had some complications with one of their Terp Slurpers (was completely on me). I reached out to them and within three days they reached me back and were very helpful. After I showed them some pictures they were kind enough to send a replacement. Highly recommend this website!

USGreat customer service and prices I got a UFO induction heater and it started malfunctioning within a week. I emailed Stash Shack and they got back to me very quickly and the unit is being replaced. Excellent communication and their prices were the best I found on the internet. I'll buy from them again with confidence.

USReceived my Ispire Wand super fast but… Received my Ispire Wand super fast but one of the accessories was broken, the rim had snapped off an inner bowl. They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!
