GBLied about when my package was shipped… Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

GBTSS support is terrible I was sent the incorrect item - and so far TSS customer support has been nothing less than non-responsive. I have tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging and their live chat. This is quickly approaching the 1 hour mark, and I have yet to be acknowledged.

GBOutstanding Customer Service This was my first time ordering from The Stash Shack prompted by their great pricing and free shipping. The order was received promptly but the incorrect color was sent in error. I emailed to make them aware of the problem and they very quickly shipped me the correct color at their expense, telling me to keep the originally shipped incorrect item as a back-up. The Stash Shack's commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding and they will continue to be my "Go to" source for vaping supplies! Thanks!!
