Great customer service... After notifying them that my product was defective, they wasted no time shipping a new one which is working perfectly! I'm a happy customer now that will definitely do business with them again.

But I received my orders in a very fast time manner , which I was very surprised, but I’ve had no problems from them so I give them a ten!

Received my Ispire Wand super fast but… Received my Ispire Wand super fast but one of the accessories was broken, the rim had snapped off an inner bowl. They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!
