I used to order from VaporFi regularly… I used to order from VaporFi regularly when they were allowed to ship through USPS. Last time I ordered from them, Oct 2022, I had to drive out to Denver Int'l Airport to pick up my package because the company VaporFi contracted with wouldn't deliver it. Since then I've been getting my e-juice from a great local shop.

I had to give Vaporfi one star because… I had to give Vaporfi one star because it wouldn’t allow me to leave 0 stars. I was a loyal customer until now! When I placed my order showing my apartment # and somehow didn't appear on the shipping label. So order was returned to sender. Vaporfi issued a refund 3 weeks after order was placed. You can only email this company. CAUTION ⛔️ ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I ran my business this way, i’d have no business! 😡🤬😡

Great products Great products, I received my order within a week!! I was a bit nervous for the first couple days because I've never ordered vape products online before. The only thing.. I didn't get confirmation the day it was delivered, thank goodness I was home!! Getting ready to put my second order in. This is the only vape site I will ever use. Thank you so much!!

Verifying ID I sent a copy of my ID and they rejected it; sent it to their "verifier" and finally there was no problem....however, I can understand why Vaporfi needs to be extremely careful not to sell to under-age customers, so I may have been a little harsh on my 'stars' NOTE: I should have started with the fact that this is the ONLY place I can find accessories for my vape pen......it's old-fashioned, like me, and I appreciate that they have these products and hope they don't discontinue them. (I worked with the 'old' company for years before they merged/changed names) So, I'm up-grading my 'star review' from 2 to 4. The transaction was great, except for the ID and the Shipping Charges. Thx Vapor fi !

The worst possible customer service The worst possible customer service. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still have not received the product. You cannot speak to a live person, and the emails are auto-replies. I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying from them, don't. They lie about delivery attempts. There are several reputable vendors out there, this is not one of them. If I could, I would give them -1.
