You cannot speak to a live person, and the emails are auto-replies. I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying from them, don't. They lie about delivery attempts. There are several reputable vendors out there, this is not one of them. If I could, I would give them -1.

I am going to have shipments sent to be picked up locally. This should solve the issue. The 50% discount offered was what made me decide to continue with Vapor Fi.
