GBPayment system is extremely fast but it… Payment system is extremely fast but it all goes downhill from there! 9 days since I placed my order and absolutely NO tracking information or estimate on how long it'll be or if and when I'll get my order! Neither tracking company they offer shows me anything concerning WHERE my package is or anything beyond the purchase date of 1/12/23, they also show purchase has been completed, beyond that absolutely nothing useful! You also have NO WAY of contacting them as the "Contact us" function is disabled on their website! As of today 1/28 ALL tracking information has been removed from MistHubs website, looks like I'm just out of luck and have lost my money!

GBPB and strawberry jam is my favorite PB and strawberry jam is my favorite. Delivery was a little different this time. A few days went by and I was not getting an expected delivery date like I used to. I asked about it on the website and very quickly received an email that explained the delivery problems and causes which were not caused by MistHub but our federal law makers. Even so I still got it in pretty good time, just a few days longer then before. I will continue ordering my vape products from MistHub!

GBDefective products and poor customer service I ordered 2 IJoy vapes that DO NOT work. Neither will charge nor turn on. I ordered another vape (smok) a few days after the IJoy order and it hasn't been shipped out yet. I tried to make contact with the company via email and the chat on the website to which NO RESPONSE. I just want to cancel the smok vape and return the IJoy vapes and get my money back. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...

GBvapes werent what i expected /… vapes werent what i expected / described in website. the disposables didnt last at all compared to the yaya brand, might be defective or just cheaply made. the juices doesn’t taste that great either. and the sizes were very disappointing especially for the price. overall very disappointing and such a waste of money.

GBGreat Customer Service I placed an order on March 4th, It shows it was delivered on March 17th. I was not home that day, I was traveling out of state and my husband was at work. So needless to say I didn’t receive the order, even though it needed to be signed for. So I emailed Misthub and explained everything. They sent me another order right away. I am very happy for the service I received and will still be placing my orders with them again. The employees have always been very understanding, friendly and very helpful when I have contacted them. Keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
