GBOrdering system doesn't catch errors between sat-nic and e-juice The ordering system doesn't catch errors between sat-nic and e-juice, make very, very sure what you have in your shopping cart is compatible with your device. Don't be fooled just because you did a search for chocolate, then sub-chose e-liquids. The current search engine being used treats the sub-search in a manner that does NOT remove Salt-nic from your choices. So again, be very, very careful before placing your order, or you'll run the chance of getting juice that isn't compatible with your device. Almost none of these vendors accept returns, so again, check your cart very, very carefully. Hope that helps anyone from making the mistake I did. Even though these guys are very responsive and offer good (Bankers Hours) service, I expect they will have this "glitch" in programming fixed probably long before you read this. They offer some very good products at very competitive prices, so please don't let this keep you from buying here.

GBI'm gonna say the service and products… I'm gonna say the service and products I received were excellent, but the shipping process was not. I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping and it took longer than that. Other than that it was all good and I will continue shopping through misthub.

GBBuyer beware Ordered a smok prince vape on 2/4 which some odd name took the money. No invoice or communication. I STUPIDLY ordered from them again, unknowingly, with the same problem. No invoice or replies to any emails. Another really odd name took the payment. I'm on live chat right now and I've been waiting 13 minutes with no one answering. (?) How do some people actually get what they offer and others are completely ripped off? Sucks cuz I used a PayPal MC and they're going to think I'm stupid for ordering from the same fraud twice. I am but didn't realize it because I didn't have an invoice to remind me. Plus, it didn't go to MistHub. 1 name was FrederSherTD. The 2nd name that got paid was HillengaHillenga. O-Kaaaaay! Update~Just put a claim in on them and got my 1st order refunded. I'll report my 2nd order on a later date....

GBPayment system is extremely fast but it… Payment system is extremely fast but it all goes downhill from there! 9 days since I placed my order and absolutely NO tracking information or estimate on how long it'll be or if and when I'll get my order! Neither tracking company they offer shows me anything concerning WHERE my package is or anything beyond the purchase date of 1/12/23, they also show purchase has been completed, beyond that absolutely nothing useful! You also have NO WAY of contacting them as the "Contact us" function is disabled on their website! As of today 1/28 ALL tracking information has been removed from MistHubs website, looks like I'm just out of luck and have lost my money!
