GBI placed an order on January 23 2024 I… I placed an order on January 23 2024 I have not received any tracking information from them nor do they answer any of their customer support. I guess that they are fast at getting your money but not fast at answering customer support or fast at shipping your product out. Well that’s money I have lost and now have to find another company. No I don’t recommend them

GBI ordered a joyetech AIO it not only… I ordered a joyetech AIO it not only came early but it was exactly as shown and described on there sight, And because of all the proper info on misthub site I was able just open, set up and use without and problems. Thanks misthub for a great product and info service

GBI'm gonna say the service and products… I'm gonna say the service and products I received were excellent, but the shipping process was not. I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping and it took longer than that. Other than that it was all good and I will continue shopping through misthub.

GBOrdering system doesn't catch errors between sat-nic and e-juice The ordering system doesn't catch errors between sat-nic and e-juice, make very, very sure what you have in your shopping cart is compatible with your device. Don't be fooled just because you did a search for chocolate, then sub-chose e-liquids. The current search engine being used treats the sub-search in a manner that does NOT remove Salt-nic from your choices. So again, be very, very careful before placing your order, or you'll run the chance of getting juice that isn't compatible with your device. Almost none of these vendors accept returns, so again, check your cart very, very carefully. Hope that helps anyone from making the mistake I did. Even though these guys are very responsive and offer good (Bankers Hours) service, I expect they will have this "glitch" in programming fixed probably long before you read this. They offer some very good products at very competitive prices, so please don't let this keep you from buying here.

GBDefective products and poor customer service I ordered 2 IJoy vapes that DO NOT work. Neither will charge nor turn on. I ordered another vape (smok) a few days after the IJoy order and it hasn't been shipped out yet. I tried to make contact with the company via email and the chat on the website to which NO RESPONSE. I just want to cancel the smok vape and return the IJoy vapes and get my money back. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...
