I have made numerous attempts to contact you, you have completely ignored me yet this is the 2nd time you have sent a request for review. I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund. I will not be placing large orders any longer as I once have due to the defective products sold here.

Reliable My order was shipped correctly. However, shipping time was longer than advertised. That could certainly be due to our current pandemic status. I do wish that Vapedeal would sell the accessories necessary to support the customer's product purchase. Replacement coils for example. I bought two VooPoo Drag Mini Platinums. Excellent devices, but I cannot order the coils from Vapedeal. I trust their store, and would like to retain all, or as much as possible, of my vape shopping with them. Overall, good shopping and service experience.
