I know that not every order can happen like mine but I ordered mine at 5:47 p.m. and they made sure my package was in the mail and accepted by USPS that evening without me asking for special privileges. That is going the extra mile to care about every single individual customer! I will stay loyal to this company through the good and the bad after a situation like that! I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund. I will not be placing large orders any longer as I once have due to the defective products sold here.

Reliable My order was shipped correctly. However, shipping time was longer than advertised. That could certainly be due to our current pandemic status. I do wish that Vapedeal would sell the accessories necessary to support the customer's product purchase. Replacement coils for example. I bought two VooPoo Drag Mini Platinums. Excellent devices, but I cannot order the coils from Vapedeal. I trust their store, and would like to retain all, or as much as possible, of my vape shopping with them. Overall, good shopping and service experience.

HUGE SAVINGS, GREAT DEALS Great deals, I have saved a lot of money buying from this site. The only problem I had was a small amount of liquid leaked during shipping! Both Bottles still had their seal, it wasn't a significant amount,just a little that I had to wash them off and there was a paper in the package. I'm not sure it if had any writing on it or not? This should be looked into, maybe changing the packaging so this doesn't happen again. Other than that, I Definitely and Highly recommend ordering, its worth the money you will save!! A Big 5 Stars!!
