Reliable My order was shipped correctly. However, shipping time was longer than advertised. That could certainly be due to our current pandemic status. I do wish that Vapedeal would sell the accessories necessary to support the customer's product purchase. Replacement coils for example. I bought two VooPoo Drag Mini Platinums. Excellent devices, but I cannot order the coils from Vapedeal. I trust their store, and would like to retain all, or as much as possible, of my vape shopping with them. Overall, good shopping and service experience.

Ordered one item on April 24th Ordered one item on April 24th, made sure I paid for the 1-3 day shipping, and had no idea where my product was nor if it was mailed out until the 28th when I had contacted this company/website. Granted, they did respond in a very timely manner and had shipped it out that day (April 28th) . Now, It's been "in transit" and was expected to be delivered May 1st then updated until today, still no sign or word of where this product may be at in terms of delivery status etc. Reading others reviews seems to me everyone hasn't had an issue with shipping or anything so meh.

Ordered three ejuices and a coil… Ordered three ejuices and a coil replacement for my prince smok tank, and they came in just two days and were waaaay cheaper than at my local tobacco shop options. Alohma is three times more expensive for any product. This is my third order through vapedeals, but its definitely not my last order

Head blown! This company blew me away with customer experience. I know that not every order can happen like mine but I ordered mine at 5:47 p.m. and they made sure my package was in the mail and accepted by USPS that evening without me asking for special privileges. That is going the extra mile to care about every single individual customer! I will stay loyal to this company through the good and the bad after a situation like that! Super competitive pricing as well. Completely blown away!

HUGE SAVINGS, GREAT DEALS Great deals, I have saved a lot of money buying from this site. The only problem I had was a small amount of liquid leaked during shipping! Both Bottles still had their seal, it wasn't a significant amount,just a little that I had to wash them off and there was a paper in the package. I'm not sure it if had any writing on it or not? This should be looked into, maybe changing the packaging so this doesn't happen again. Other than that, I Definitely and Highly recommend ordering, its worth the money you will save!! A Big 5 Stars!!
