GBOrdered one item on April 24th Ordered one item on April 24th, made sure I paid for the 1-3 day shipping, and had no idea where my product was nor if it was mailed out until the 28th when I had contacted this company/website. Granted, they did respond in a very timely manner and had shipped it out that day (April 28th) . Now, It's been "in transit" and was expected to be delivered May 1st then updated until today, still no sign or word of where this product may be at in terms of delivery status etc. Reading others reviews seems to me everyone hasn't had an issue with shipping or anything so meh.

GBBEWARE DEFFECTIVE VAPES SOLD HERE! BEWARE DEFFECTIVE VAPES SOLD HERE! I had kindly asked for a replacement vape since the one sold to me back in January was defective. I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund. I will not be placing large orders any longer as I once have due to the defective products sold here.

GBOrdered on 4-7-21 and no ship Ordered on 4-7-21 and no ship, no response from them, email to them bounces back as undeliverable. They're going out of business (like most online vape shops because of the PACT bill that bans all online vape sales starting 4-27) yet they have no problem stealing our money. Someone needs to report them to the Texas AG and try and stop them.

GBI always ordered from vapedeal I always ordered from vapedeal, every time I need something I go straight to them! They are the best site I ever ordered from, quick shipping & their customer service is always good too! I had a little problem with my Order with the pod being burnt right away & they got the problem resolved for me quick! They are a great site in general I’ve always recommended many of my friends to them. Definitely Worth buying from!!

GBReceived zero help from them so far… Received zero help from them so far regarding my order... No confirmation email, no shipping info email. Nada, zip, zilch... the phone number they list isn't any good, the support email address isn't any good, there is no live chat from what I'm seeing... if my order gets filled, I may retract my negative review... until then, 1 star it is... if there were an option for zero stars, I would have selected that...
