Nada, zip, zilch... the phone number they list isn't any good, the support email address isn't any good, there is no live chat from what I'm seeing... if my order gets filled, I may retract my negative review... until then, 1 star it is... if there were an option for zero stars, I would have selected that...

I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund.
