I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund. I will not be placing large orders any longer as I once have due to the defective products sold here.

I had a little problem with my Order with the pod being burnt right away & they got the problem resolved for me quick! Nada, zip, zilch... the phone number they list isn't any good, the support email address isn't any good, there is no live chat from what I'm seeing... if my order gets filled, I may retract my negative review... until then, 1 star it is... if there were an option for zero stars, I would have selected that...

Complete Rip Off Fraud Alert! I placed an order on March 6th, I never received a confirmation nor did I receive my order. I have made numerous attempts to contact you, you have completely ignored me yet this is the 2nd time you have sent a request for review. You have been paid in full and because I used quadpay my request for a refund or help resolving this has also been ignored. Buyer Beware! This company is a complete rip off,

Very good service Very good service. Fast delivery. Good products. Reasonable prices. I'm just disappointed that because of the government the shipping cost is going to be outrageous and inconvenient. I just hope Vape Deal can stay in business!
