Reliable My order was shipped correctly. However, shipping time was longer than advertised. That could certainly be due to our current pandemic status. I do wish that Vapedeal would sell the accessories necessary to support the customer's product purchase. Replacement coils for example. I bought two VooPoo Drag Mini Platinums. Excellent devices, but I cannot order the coils from Vapedeal. I trust their store, and would like to retain all, or as much as possible, of my vape shopping with them. Overall, good shopping and service experience.

Complete Rip Off Fraud Alert! I placed an order on March 6th, I never received a confirmation nor did I receive my order. I have made numerous attempts to contact you, you have completely ignored me yet this is the 2nd time you have sent a request for review. You have been paid in full and because I used quadpay my request for a refund or help resolving this has also been ignored. Buyer Beware! This company is a complete rip off,

Nada, zip, zilch... the phone number they list isn't any good, the support email address isn't any good, there is no live chat from what I'm seeing... if my order gets filled, I may retract my negative review... until then, 1 star it is... if there were an option for zero stars, I would have selected that...

Super slow shipping Super slow shipping. Had to go to my local vape shop to buy because I ran out and normally, my orders from other online vape shops arrive in 3-4 days. It's been over one week.

Ordered one item on April 24th Ordered one item on April 24th, made sure I paid for the 1-3 day shipping, and had no idea where my product was nor if it was mailed out until the 28th when I had contacted this company/website. Granted, they did respond in a very timely manner and had shipped it out that day (April 28th) . Now, It's been "in transit" and was expected to be delivered May 1st then updated until today, still no sign or word of where this product may be at in terms of delivery status etc. Reading others reviews seems to me everyone hasn't had an issue with shipping or anything so meh.
