Their prices are fairly standard, but they do throw you a coupon or a discount time to time. They're shipping is very quick and they are just good honest people. Don't do business with this company! Don't do business with this company!! Place a $100 order. Pending in my account. Processed on the 24th. The company emails me on the 28th saying order is canceled. Yet it had no problem pulling my $$$ Won't respond to emails or phone calls. Don't do business with this company!!

I would give 0 stars if I could Needed to share about my experience with Tobaccostock. My tobacco order took almost 3 weeks even though they charge for their pricey shipping, and the quality was disappointing, the tobacco was too dry and the tubes were totally wrecked since it being crammed into a tiny box. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was a dead end, no help whatsoever. Switched over to their competitor - tobaccogeneral.com and it was like night and day. Got my order in just 3 days, and everything was perfect and prices are cheap. Seriously, save yourself the headache and go with tobaccogeneal instead!!!
