My first time ordering from this… My first time ordering from this company. Amazing shipping rates and delivery time... The problem w getting good deals are the shipping cost. This company has unbeatable shipping rates i recieved my 25cent pod systems and my smok and voopoo pod systems in 3 days all good products although I'm having trouble finding pods to go in the deal but a great deal anyway. They take FOREVER to deliver This shop just doesn't care about getting orders out of the door and using a suitable shipper. They says they can't ship USPS which is wrong! They must be using some shipper that has a fleet of two bikes to save a couple bucks. You would think that places who sell nicotine products online would prioritize shipping. This shop seems to put it at the bottom of the list.

Package arrived a day late which in… Package arrived a day late which in itself is a long wait. Ordered October 15 and arrived November 4. Was in the hands of the "Final Mile" delivery for over a week and no updates other than it is in their hands. Pretty unnacceptable since I live in a large urban area. I do find it dissapointing that there is no phone number to call since the tracking information is so poor. Hopefully they can find a better way to inform the customer. But the order was VERY well packaged and everything is included in the order. I am very pleased with everything about Electric Tobacconist except lack of support/communication. Noted shipping time issues are a little out of their control.
