Never shipped order Never shipped order, wont refund money, refuses to physically get out of a chair and look and customer service has lied about 5 times in a row. Refusal to refund as policy is stated and seem to be making up rules as they go. If its a few bucks, give them a try they used to be great but do a google search first and if youre spending a large amount make sure you can afford to lose it,

I have ordered from Cannaclear 4 times I have ordered from Cannaclear 4 times, BECAUSE i have really wanted to try their products. I have liked 1 of them. Their ordering and shipping process is probably top 3 slowest of companies that I've ordered alt noids from on the internet. And they will NEVER refund or cancel once your payment has processed. It's insane. I always forget about that part, so now I have a sticky note next to my screen. Just can't stand how lazy they are.

I ordered a product on 1/11/23 I ordered a product on 1/11/23. Two weeks later I still have not received the product. Customer service basically told me that my delivery did not happen because USPS has not delivered it and it is on USPS to settle the claim. After that, CannaClear no longer responded. Their phone number listed on the website is bogus. I had to contact my Credit Card to dispute the charges. Read the reviews on Google. They do not fair well with several reports of non-delivery after charging. Do NOT purchase from this company.
