Poor Customer Service and Communication Items were ordered, the site is real, the company is real, but the service is beyond poor. Don't expect any communication on shipments that are delayed. I've had shipments sit in "ready to ship" status for over 3 weeks. When I contacted cannaclear support after the first week all I got was a generic message and then no follow up. After 3 weeks I gave up and asked to have my order cancelled. Let's see if they cancel it.

5 star experience 5 star experience. Really fast delivery, good quality material, a wide variety of products with great prices; what more could you ask for? I live in NY, and the vape cartridge market is saturated with dangerous counterfeit products. Cannaclear is really a godsend. The only con is it may not satisfy professional stoners with extremely high tolerance, but for me it's great; It's a borderline-psychedelic experience if you ingest enough material. The high is extremely cerebral. It induces euphoria, patience, creativity and is great for gamers.

Item never shipped after month Item never shipped after a month. Email was sent to support asking where my product was. Generic boiler plate robot response was sent back saying they were having shipping delays and it would be on the way soon. Wait a week or so and tracking number was still stuck on ‘label created’. Had to go through a bunch of hoops to get a refund. Do not deal with this company! You can get a way better deal elsewhere, with labs that aren’t fake and fast shipping. They seem to get a lot of positive reviews but many of the forums that discuss their product are heavily astroturfed and shilled.

I have ordered from Cannaclear 4 times I have ordered from Cannaclear 4 times, BECAUSE i have really wanted to try their products. I have liked 1 of them. Their ordering and shipping process is probably top 3 slowest of companies that I've ordered alt noids from on the internet. And they will NEVER refund or cancel once your payment has processed. It's insane. I always forget about that part, so now I have a sticky note next to my screen. Just can't stand how lazy they are.
