DKSCAM! SCAM!! When I was checking out my bag it bounce back, and said the card was expired, which it’s not correct. After that I checked my bank and I was charged 100$ four times. I didn’t get any confirmation from them, and are clearly frustrated. Dont make the same mistake as i did! Dont buy from this site!!!

CADO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE UR MONEY Placed an order on January 28th and immediately canceled (after seeing reviews) didn’t receive any information about when I would be getting a refund. First time I called customer service was about 3 weeks after cancellation. The lady on the phone tells me it can sometimes take awhile for refunds to go through because they have a ‘ thorough’ review process to make sure it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. Ok fine I continue to wait and nothing for weeks. This is now week 6 of me waiting so I reach out to customer service again. This is the email I received back after speaking with them on the phone Hello Jessica, I was able to confirm that the refund had been processed on 1/29/2024 as requested since the order was cancelled and immediately and the money has been returned since . once a charge is refunded it will drop immediately off of our system and is then processed back to the original owner. this is a fool proof way to make sure that we do not refund multiple times or have any reoccurring issues. If it does not reflect on your bank statements or does not show that the charge has been received please reach out to your bank . Alexis R Customer Service This time the woman tells me that my money was deposited back into my account the same day I cancelled the order…. That it’s something wrong with my bank . I checked my bank statements and not a dime of that $100 order has been refunded to me… I’d like to know why I was told two different stories. This website is nothing but a money grab they make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back. I have opened an investigation and am disputing the charges. Will never use this company again. How can you just not refund somebody. An absolute joke of a company.

USScam They only delivered a few of the items I ordered. When trying to contact them 5 seperate times on 3 different emails I have gotten ZERO replies. coming up on 3 weeks I cant get any reply. When I ordered from them the previous time I got the 200ml mystery bag. one of the juices was clearly way past expired with a horrible throat burn, and one of them had zero flavor and the remaining was just awful juices. Never using this site again and even though they have low prices I highly advise to not use this vendor.

USStill have not received my order I placed a order on Jan. 8th (#668852) and still have not received it I have emailed them 3 times and called them numerous time can not get ahold of anyone. Guess i am going to have to order from somewhere else.

CAIt's been a few years I get my juices… It's been a few years I get my juices from ejuice.deals because the prices are good but almost every time I have issue with the shipping. It usually takes about 2 weeks but this time it is now about 7 weeks that I ordered and havent received my order yet. I emailed the customer service and let them know that the shipment is being returned to them for an unknown reason but they didnt answer. Now I have to get single bottles every week until I receive my order and I dont even know when to expect receiving them.
