hadn’t had an issue with communication or the order before this besides one device arriving completely broken. i’ve ordered before and had no issue except for one device out of the 4 i’ve ordered came completely broken. this time, i ordered and the very next day i got an email saying it had been shipped (which is odd because usually it takes at least a few days to even process). well 8 days pass and it usps still said the same thing “awaiting package” meaning it had never gotten to the facility. i’ve sent a total of 4 emails to this guy asking for any sort of update at all, and finally after being ignored i filed a claim and asked for a refund. well, refund was granted and i still have not gotten my money back. i recently lost my job, and that 26 bucks was the last bit of money i had. so yeah, this sucked a lot.

0 stars really i ordered like 3 weeks ago and still nothing only one item and not even a shipping email I contacted the support team got an email saying it would be shipped on Monday and its already the NEXT Monday contacted them again and not one word 23 bucks down the drain never ordering from here again
