GBIts 08/11/2017 right now Its 08/11/2017 right now. My order was accepted on 08/03/2017 The order still says awaiting shipment, and its been more than a full business week. No, I'd never order from here again or recommend. There are so many good cigar web stores out there. Its competitive, but, I'd be happy paying more to get decent ship times. A week of waiting before it even ships is very bad these days. Might be great people, but they have to get with the times. Its a shame too, because I like helping out the smaller businesses out there and I normally pay a little more just to help them out.

TWFirst Time Buyer Here ( Order# 6639 ) Wondering if I am first buyer at Cuenca Cigar, placing order from Taiwan. Haha.... Placed order and was put on pending, due to several security issues ( since placing order from oversea ). But was able to spoke to Ana, and she was really nice able to assist helping to complete the entire order process. Cigars we orders was not in stock, instead Ana upgrade to same line of cigar but more expensive size without any additional costs. Which was really appreciated, will always remember that. I have already given my recommendation to all my buddies from California, to ask them give Cuenca Cigars an opportunity to order their next cigar shipment. Looking forward to placing my next order with you. Thank You Much Ana.

CAWrong product sent! After waiting for 10 days I received the wrong cigars. I need to know how are you going to handle this i.e. if I am to send you back the cigars you sent me in error who will pay for the shipping, because this is not my error.

GBI've made a purchase in July I've made a purchase in July, 2017 and the cigars was going to be available August 7th and I'm still waiting for them.
