CAStill the item has not been received Purchased the items last summer in 2020 and since June 2020 till this moment the shipping tracking number indicates that the item is still in Miami Florida International Distribution Center. Still the item has not been received, seller refused to refund my payment and asked me to check the store shipping policy! That is all!!! So I guess check the shipping policy before buying.

CADo NOT trust to get your product!! Do NOT trust to get your product!!! **update to follow** for end result. Like so many other reviews here, Tobaccopipes.com has failed to deliver AGAIN! I have just sent an email to offer them to change this practice, of not accepting responsibility after full payment received. And i will update accordingly, with their reply within 48hrs. I placed my order and after 3+ weeks, it is in another country! SWITZERLAND!!! And again, no refund because they aren't responsible for shipping! They provide the shipping meathod of ONLY USPS, they do not allow other shippers, they wash their hands of the product the second the payment is posted to their account! Please, take the lesson from so many here. Do not order from this company! Update as promised: They stick to their guns and highlight a "policy" that you cannot easily find on their site prior to checkout! This policy states (in short) "purchase at your own risk. Tobacco pipes .com is NOT responsible for shipping, as we cannot know the laws and policies of international borders.) Again, this policy is not highlighted at checkout. Nor is there any other shipping method aside of USPS. As well, there is no warning of possible quantity issues while checking out. But they are aware of such limits. Because they stated in their reply email, that they post accurate content quantity on packaging. And this is good! But it also shows that they do have knowledge of border requirements while shipping international. They just don't care if you get the package after you've paid. And all of their actions prove this to be true, with several experiences from clients. Take care of yourselves

GBI should of paid attention to the reviews! Had the same issue as just about everyone else. Made my order, they immediately took the money, it stayed in "awaiting fulfilment" for over a week. I messaged them stating my concern and how long it usually takes to fulfill. They of course messaged stating it is in hold due to age verification. How am I supposed to know that if they've never said anything about that? I had to reach out. So, they wanted a picture of my ID showing my name and date of birth.(Im in the 30's) Did that (even though it felt sketchy and probably was), then after another few days, they refunded my money with no explanation. I'm just thankful I got my money back. I don't understand how others get orders from this site, unless it's all fake. I would pay attention to all the negative reviews from this site. *Update* They left a message on my phone apologizing, something went wrong with the e-mail that I sent verifying my age. The Woman said she took care of everything and updated my information and that they shipped my items, hoping that they can regain my trust. I checked the site and it says shipped, $0.00. So if the package actually arrives, I will give them another go.* Fingers crossed that this WAS just a mistake and that there actually is an excellent customer service, because she sounded sincere and really nice.
