USTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping, didn't ship for ten days. When it did finally ship, it was USPS mail. We are now 15 days and still no product.

USNot a legit business Ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise, most of which was never shipped. Still getting messages that they are gonna take care of it. Is this place a ponzi scheme? A criminal venture? It reflects badly on all online headshops. Don't know why crime and cannabis must go hand in hand. Do your business elsewhere.

USI ordered a piece quite a few days ago I ordered a piece quite a few days ago, I paid for Express shipping, 2-5 days and there website still only says order confirmed, preparing for shipment. I've tried to email and chat with there support, there is no phone number. I'm beginning to get highly frustrated and kinda bummed. Order number 51263

USTakes more than a week to ship Takes more than a week to ship I understand they responded about my comment below which is why I gave 2 stars. I responded my apartment number the 16th & it’s not the shipped on the 22nd. So still bad service.

USWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE My fiancé bought me a piece off this website. They provided a bs tracking # and apologized for the delay last week. Still no movement on my tracking number and zero response from customer service. If my product has not shipped in next 24 hours, I will have my bank take the funds back. Shady, shady, business….
