Buyer Beware!! Buyer Beware!!! If I could give this company no stars, I would!!! I placed an order with 2-5 day shipping on December 3rd, got a confirmation email and that's it... when I try to check for updates, it just says "order confirmed". After both emailing and chatting with their customer service and getting no response, leaving this review is my only option...if they don't have the product then fine, send a refund, but just not responding is horrible customer service!!!!

Not a legit business Ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise, most of which was never shipped. Still getting messages that they are gonna take care of it. Is this place a ponzi scheme? A criminal venture? It reflects badly on all online headshops. Don't know why crime and cannabis must go hand in hand. Do your business elsewhere.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE My fiancé bought me a piece off this website. They provided a bs tracking # and apologized for the delay last week. Still no movement on my tracking number and zero response from customer service. If my product has not shipped in next 24 hours, I will have my bank take the funds back. Shady, shady, business….

Great Customer Support After receiving defective pens, I spoke to Austin in the customer service dept and he was very helpful in getting replacements shipped out to me in a timely manner. They were out of stock of the Backwoods pens because they're so popular and in demand, so he is shipping me some Cookies pens! Thank you so much for your help!
