GBOrder never shipped and no updates I ordered and received confirmation of the order. I waited and waited. I checked email and tracking for days with no shipment. I asked to please ship or refund me. After waiting several days and contacting about receiving what I ordered or refund… they did give me a refund(haven’t seen yet but we will see - always order with Amex). No apologies for not providing what I ordered. I would 100 percent order from another vendor.

GBNever sent my correct vapes My package came late but that was due to UPS. When I got my package I had the correct number only six of my 20 vapes were incorrect I reached out to the guy who took the order David he promised me he would send me the correct vapes which I said I would take 4 He didn’t send my Vape’s I called him he told me not to worry about it I have nothing to be concerned about and still I have not received the correct vapes this is as of September 18, 2022. My Order Took Pl., August 19, 2022. This is very disappointing as a first time customer due to looking forward to have future business with him I’m definitely reconsidering ordering from them again.

GBWhen you receive what you ordered… When you receive what you ordered consider your self lucky. I’m currently waiting for the second time for an issue to be resolved. They sent wrong product again and don’t have time to correct it. I received an email saying they would be sending me a return label but who knows when. I used to like the company and now they are not doing business like they used to. Incorrect items and longer shipping times have me thinking they don’t care about customer service.

GB2 outta 3 is kinda bad My order arrived promptly. The communication was great and all the pieces were correct. Unfortunately, out of the 9 disposable vapor devices I ordered, 3 of which were either expired (tasted terrible) or faulty. Disappointing for a first time order, but I do know that it’s hard for you to control that. UPDATE: The company did replace the faulty vapes and were really cordial about the issue. I have re-ordered wit the company since and my next order was on point.
